  Lia Winograd | Co-president   Lia is a first year MBA at NYU Stern, focusing on entrepreneurship, sustainability, and marketing. Prior to Stern, she founded Pepper, the first body positive bra company for women with small chests. She raised over $95K in revenue from pre-orders on Kickstarter in 2017.   Will Nichols | Co-president   Will is a first-year MBA at the NYU Stern School of Business, where he focuses on venture capital, entrepreneurship, and data science. Will invests much of his time in initiatives furthering the startup and VC communities in New York: in addition to acting as co-president of Stern's Entrepreneurship and Startup Association (ESA), he is an InSITE Fellow and a Partner at Dorm Room Fund, investing in student-founded startups. Prior to Stern, he held various Operations roles at Instacart, ultimately leading the Instacart NYC team. Originally from the Boston area, Will is an avid traveler (70+ countries), an aspiring surfer (Far Rockaways), and an enthusiastic-but-unimaginative home chef (Instant Pot). Sydney-born and raised near Atlanta, Kanav comes to Stern with a background in Biomedical Engineering from Georgia Tech. Before Stern, Kanav led Growth and Mobile Product teams at Doximity as it grew from 200k to 1M verified clinicians. Kanav has published NASA-funded research on origins of life, studied circulating tumor cells in lung cancer, worked on reducing surgical site infections at Emory, and helped launch a diabetes management startup.
