Brian Solomon | VP, Marketing
Brian is a full-time MBA student in the Class of 2019, specializing in product management, marketing, and technology. Prior to NYU Stern, he spent six years as a journalist at Forbes Magazine, reporting on business strategy in industries as varied as auto parts manufacturing, Wall Street, fried chicken restaurants, and ride sharing. While working full-time, Brian also founded a sports media startup on nights and weekends. After leaving Forbes, he worked for two startups in the Bay Area to analyze customer data, launch new products, craft positioning, and plan go-to-market strategy. He holds a B.A. in history from Dartmouth College.
